About the Fellowship
Join us in #MakingNationsFit by coaching in our School Health Program while you learn.
Camp
The CoolCoach Academy Fellowship begins with 4 weeks of training to prepare athletes for their job in schools. In camp you will complete:
2 weeks of theory and practicals on fitness science, children’s training, and professionalism in a school environment.
2 weeks of summer school where you will practice by coaching children under the guidance of CoolCoach staff
Weekends for Learning
On weekends, you will train with experts from the fitness and sports coaching industries in India. Follow the CoolCoach Journey from Learner, to Athlete, to Professional, to Coach!
Weekdays for Earning
To date, 24 Fellows have trained over 10,000 students in 22 schools in Pune and in Kozhikode.
As a CoolCoach Fellow you will earn a monthly stipend by doing the following:
Coach PE periods at a CoolCoach partner school
Actively manage the school’s PE periods and sports activities
Guide students to meet their fitness benchmarks
CoolCoach Games
Coach your students to compete in the annual CoolCoach Games!
The competition is for U8s, U10s, U12s, u14s and U17s, to discover the fittest girls and boys in every category!
